Services get permanent home
The Health District has purchased an office building near Old Town Fort Collins to house several services that have been located in leased space around town. The 15,000-square-foot building at 425 W. Mulberry St. will save on long-term lease costs while providing a conveniently located, easily accessible space for clients to visit. The building is near bus routes and has ample off-street parking. The Health District already occupies nearly half of the building, with the Connections mental health and substance use program and its Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Connections (CAYAC) team taking up much of the first floor. Additional programs and services will move to the site in the future.
